Ground Audit Operation Officer (contract)

????Are you someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and making a real difference in your neighborhood? We're looking for detail-oriented and responsible individuals to walk the ground and ensure high standards of municipal services are upheld in our local estates.
Job Scope:
Your primary role is to walk the ground and perform audits to track the performance of the Operator. This includes:
Planning the schedule and route of the audit areas for each month
Going on the ground to check the condition of the audit areas such as cleanliness, presence of vector breeding, condition of shrubs, infrastructure defects (e.g. uneven footpath, faded road signs).
Submitting the audit findings into client's IT system
Requirements:
Attention to details
Committed to ensuring the standards of municipal services delivery are met
Comfortable to walk and stand for long hours outdoor due to job scope
Ability to cycle and have your own foldable bicycle would be advantageous
Salary: Up to $16/hour with Weekly Transport Allowance of $18.90
Working Arrangement:
Weekdays
3 days a week: 9am to 3pm
2 days a week: 2pm to 8pm
Location: Mostly in Tampines, Pasir Ris, and Punggol
Contract Period: 6 months (with possibility for extension)
