This position manages one of DDB's key global client partnerships and is responsible for managing a Southeast Asia focused work scope across different work streams. This senior-level role requires hands-on experience in strategic omnichannel brand communications and a solid understanding of integrated production. Role & Responsibilities As a Regional Account Director at DDB, you will be working at the intersection of business, strategy and production to grow a strong client partnership across the region. Your role involves close partnership with our key clients as a strategic partner who understands their business inside out. You will help to direct critical brand led workstreams and project outputs across the region as the key go-to person for the client. You will own and execute a business and brand strategy including leading regional expansions of new offerings. You will be a driving force in building and nurturing a high performing team ensuring that the team is ready for growth. You will also identify opportunities for new projects and opportunities to increase revenue growth. Requirements This senior-level role requires someone who is experienced in managing million-dollar retainers for global/regional advertising work. You have 9+ years of hands-on Southeast Asian experience with a proven track record in managing omnichannel communications work. You are an entrepreneurial team player with experience in managing teams across the region. You don't think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships and work-streams milestones ahead. You can quickly develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges and what needs to be achieved. Conversant in an Asian language (Bahasa Indonesian, Tagalog or Thai) is required.
