Our client is an international real estate platform and principal investors, with premium core real estate properties under management.

This is a Chief Investment Officer role to be part of the Executive Leadership team, setting the direction of the overall investment strategies and leading a highly capable investment professionals. Key responsibilities for this CIO role as follows:

• Provide insight and direction, lead the investment teams, complete investment transactions, and effectively maintain portfolio developments.
• Analyzing the Group's asset portfolio globally and recommending allocation of capital.
• Establish effective and well-organized investment strategies and processes which are best positioned to achieve the investment goals.
• Provide clear and well-informed investment recommendations within the top leadership team and Board of Directors while maintaining limited overall risk to the organization, tailoring the entire investment portfolio to create a desirable balance between risks and return.
• Monitor the performance of investment portfolio and uphold the fiscal security of the company.
• Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.
• Keeping up to date on important policy changes and developments within the investment sector.
• Manage and uphold current client relationships with joint venture partners, external portfolio managers, analysts, and investors.

Requirements:

You will have stellar track-record in real estate investment markets in Singapore, Australia, Japan, China and UK as a Chief Investment Officer / Head of Investments.
