Description

An employer of choice, this renowned conglomerate won multiple accolades for their product portfolio and progressive talent management practices. To support their international expansion plans, they are looking for a high calibre Real Estate Investment professional to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

As a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, you will provide leadership and strategic directions to achieve their ambitious growth plans. You will chart the new phase of growth for their Real Estate business and advise the MD on capital deployment across multiple asset classes. You will develop business synergies to achieve ambitious growth objectives, whilst ensuring long-term profitability and sustainability. In addition, you will drive the business development and investment agendas, including leading the team in deal origination, structuring and execution.

This is a pipeline hire and the successful candidate is expected to commence work in Jan 2024.

Requirements

Ideally, you have at least 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the capacity as a Chief Investment Officer. You have a proven track record in real estate transactions across multiple asset classes in key cities across the world. Prior background in Investment Banking, specialising in Real Estate, would be highly valued. Armed with an entrepreneurial mind set, you are a trail blazer with an appetite for challenges and changes.
