:THE COMPANYOur Client is a US MNC in the manufacturing (P&L size of $800 million) with a strong global presence. They are now looking for a Group Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Head of Risk & Controls, APAC.THE ROLEThe Group Enterprise Risk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Assist the Regional Head of Risk & Controls in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive Risk & Controls Program.
  • Engage risk owners and assurance teams to identify and assess top risks for reporting.
  • Execute and document risk assessments and mitigation actions with risk teams throughout the year.
  • Provide regular risk dashboards, reports, and trends to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and provide Risk & Controls training to targeted resources.
  • Manage the Incident Response and Crisis Management process for non-cybersecurity incidents, including regular tabletop exercises.
  • Oversee the Business Continuity Management Program and consult on site-specific plans.
  • Administer regional risk management tools and software.
  • Maintain communication with assurance teams to share prospective and manifested risks.
  • Lead projects as requested by the Regional Head of Risk & Controls.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, laws, regulations, financial trends, and organisation\'s strategic plans.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Possesses a Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Management. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk management, corporate strategy, or strategic planning
  • Prior experience working in a regional role with multi-national companies
  • Prior risk assurance experience with a Big 4 assurance firm is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and modelling
  • Capable of tackling and clarifying intricate issues, offering practical advice and solutions that can be implemented.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of economic and operational connections.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proven ability to establish strong partnerships and networks both within and outside of one\'s immediate function.
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple urgent tasks, acting, and giving clear direction amid uncertainty.
