Job Description


Maintain the ERM framework for the Company & Group

  • Maintain the Company\'s and Group\'s ERM framework and ensure the continual relevance of the framework and update the framework and processes as necessary.
  • Develop appropriate ERM policies and processes as required to support the framework
  • Monitor the industry development on ERM best practices and introduce relevant best practices where appropriate.
Risk partner the stakeholders to implement the ERM framework
  • Guide the stakeholders on the requirement of the ERM policies and carry out the ERM process in accordance with the framework.
  • Prepare, facilitate and conduct ERM workshops with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and assess the risks for the stakeholders.
  • Work with the stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation plans for the key risks and compile the risk registers.
  • Guide the stakeholders to monitor, manage and escalate the key risks in a timely manner.
  • Create a risk-awareness culture by educating the stakeholders to ensure that the ERM framework, methodologies and processes are understood and followed.
Group Risk Secretariat
  • Be a member of the Group Risk Secretariat to consolidate risk reports from the stakeholders for onward reporting to the Board oversight committee.
  • Identify relevant Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and obtain the data feeds to the KRIs.
  • Collate and analyse the KRIs and raise any red flags.
Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks.Incident Escalation and Management
  • Man the reporting email for incident escalation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders when a crisis incident occurred, and assist in the management of the incident.
  • Work with the stakeholders to identify and develop business continuity plans.
  • Develop appropriate crisis/business continuity management policies and processes.
Other assignments
  • Assist in the conduct of procurement tenders
  • Any other work-related tasks as directed by supervisor
Educational
  • Tertiary qualification;
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies and techniques;
  • Prior experience developing and implementing ERM frameworks is highly preferred;
  • Experience within healthcare related industries would be an advantage.
Other requirements
  • Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively across all levels of stakeholders
  • Good effective writing and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, hands-on, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
Years of Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in ERM environment with at least 1 year in a lead capacity.
