Job Description
$10K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities
- Ensure accurate and compliant consolidation of group finances and management reporting.
- Analyse consolidated financial data for management reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and provide insights on the Group\'s financial performance.
- Supervise Group tax compliance, planning, and accounting.
- Align accounting policies for all entities, including overseas subsidiaries, with Group policies.
- Analyse financial data to support strategic investment decisions and enhance fund performance.
- Handle statutory reporting, including GST and government statistics/surveys/grants submissions.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders in tax and audit functions to ensure statutory compliance.
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
