They are looking for:
- Group Finance Manager OR
- Corporate Finance Manager
- Coordination of corporate finance matters
- Coordination of all risk management and internal audits functions with the Group
- Responsible for management of all SGX reporting and compliance matters
- Preparation and review of the Group\'s financial forecasts
- Review and analysis of Group management and financial reports
- Assist Chief Financial Officer in communications with the Board of Directors
- Manage due process in relation to business expansion ie. Setting up new operations, mergers and acquisition
- Evaluation of business opportunities and preparation of financial analysis. Assist management in evaluation and provide advice and support for decision-making purposes, appraisal of investment options and business partner role to support management in investment decisions
- Participate in exploratory and negotiation processes in relation to potential business combinations
- Setting up and management of strategic financial planning governance framework including (but not limited to) budgeting and forecasting. Overall responsibility to ensure that the Group\'s reporting structure will be able to effectively support the business/management\'s decision-making mechanisms
- Management of joint venture affairs
- Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- CPA or CFA
- Corporate Finance experience
