Requirements: Degree qualified, with at least 15 years of experience (prior Big 4 background required) Required: Experience in SGX Mainboard listed company with ideally market cap of above S$500 million Manufacturing/ Semiconductor industry experience (e.g. able to conceptualize products understand costing, R&D, product development) Consolidation and SGX reporting experience Desired traits: Proactive, hands-on, resilient, and has the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, quick learner with an entrepreneurial mindset Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants Budget: SGD 14,000 - 17,000 x 13 months + Bonus: 3 months Job Scope: As the Finance Controller (Group), you will drive all aspects of financial, SGX and management reporting, statutory consolidation cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, business planning, audit, taxation matters for an international portfolio. You will spearhead initiatives to drive and improve timely reporting, financial controls and corporate governance. You will also be an accounting subject matter expert and proactive business partner in providing financial guidance and advising related implications on business decisions, as well as driving timely analysis and system enhancement/integration initiatives. You will be a key business partner to the CFO and senior management team, and have exposure to international tax, active M&A and finance integration activities. You will also proactively drive system and process improvement projects, as well as provide operational and financial advice to the business and play a key role in expansion initiatives.
