Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

The Role
Group Financial Planning & Analytics supports the business decision-making of DBS Group through the timely provision of relevant and accurate financial and management information, as well as insightful analysis of business profitability for the generation of shareholder value.
We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented individual to support the Group Daily Balance Sheet reporting, in addition to engagement in various MIS strategic projects.
Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of Group Daily Balance Sheet to Group senior management
• Partner closely with Business Finance teams in building insights into key performance drivers of Group financials
• Support MIS strategic projects / Enterprise projects through the provision of change assessment, user requirements, UAT
• Enhancing productivity and enriching insights through AI tools, dashboard enhancements and automation initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accountancy, Banking and Finance
• Technical experience

• FP&A or Finance-related experience in banks, financial institutions, or Big 4 banking audit is preferred
• Hands-on experience with performance management systems (e.g. Hyperion), Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau), SQL, and Python is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Competencies

• Comfortable with managing and analysing voluminous data, with a high attention to detail
• Able to work meticulously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex financial information clearly
