Description

This leading organisation is well-positioned to achieve its growth plans for the region. It is committed in its digital strategy and has created various new positions in line with that vision.

In view of that, they are looking for a Head of data with the aim to become a data-driven intelligent enterprise.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting, newly created leadership role with high visibility at the Group Management level. You are the key leader to help develop and build core data analytics capability and at the same time work across different functional units to empower their team members to realize the self-service analytics vision. You are also responsible for building a high-performance data team which can in turn realise the full potential of data.

As the key data leader, you are also expected to represent the company in external forums or technical conferences to push the data agenda forward.

Requirements

PhD/Master qualified, you will have relevant experience strategizing the delivery of next generation data architecture and delivering data analytics platform. Proven track record in creating data products which leads to monetization is important. This is a highly fulfilling role for candidates who enjoys building a team from the start. Candidates with prior consulting experience are preferred.
