Our Client is a Reputable Company Looking for a Group HR Manager

- Conduct salary surveys and benchmark competitiveness of compensation and benefits in the region and develop and review salary structure
- Drive yearly appraisal management exercise and assure the Regional HR teams are aligned with the procedures
- Collect and prepare regional and corporate HR reports
- Responsible for group budgeting & forecasting for manpower cost and staff benefit
- Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization
- Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization\'s management and its employees
