We are pleased to be collaborating with a highly decorated Wealth Management firm to appoint a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Strategist into the organisation. Cognisant of the manifold transitions taking place around the world (e.g. elevated valuations, very low real interest rates, record high public debt levels, persistent inflationary and geopolitical pressures), the client has devised various strategies to tackle these challenges, with digital transitions a key approach. Hence, they are looking for a strategic HR practitioner who can invigorate extant HR Systems to both achieve operational efficiency as well as to ensure that optimal employee experience continues to be upheld. This role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Group Head of Systems & Analytics, the successful individual will be part of a team fundamentally responsible for enabling and improving HR processes through technological means. This means proactively partnering colleagues working across the different HR functions to understand extant needs, identify gaps, gather design requirements etc. Conversely, you will articulate such topics to the Information Technology (IT) teams to propose and implement solutions to enhance relevant workflows, including the subsequent user testing and trainings. Put simply, this role involves a commitment towards continuous improvements as well as translating between HR and technological needs. This would entail systems that extend within and beyond HR \xe2\x80\x93 Successfactors, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan etc.

We are looking for a proven HRIS practitioner with sound understanding of SAP Successfactors, and ideally at least one FP&A tool. Aside from possessing the technical know-hows, you should be savvy in conveying the needs of different HR colleagues to the external vendors or internal technicians. Individuals who likewise demonstrate a strong desire to challenge the status quo through enhancement works and resource planning experience will be highly favoured.
