Frazer Jones is representing a leading financial services firm in appointing a Group Total Rewards Specialist (AVP level). This individual will be part of a world-class Reward team, where you will be operating as a Reward Partner, supporting leadership with all compensation, reward projects, and APAC needs. As a Reward professional, you will face off with the business directly, driving collaboration, and supporting a large population of employees with salary and bonus reviews.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement the Reward strategy, ensuring governance and compliance within the APAC region. This role requires close collaboration with HR teams in major locations such as India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will play a crucial role in advising HR and Business units on various Reward topics, including compensation and local benefits. Your main tasks and activities will include executing salary increase forecasting, benchmarking, and defining compensation ranges. You will also ensure compliance with both APAC-wide and country-specific remuneration regulations and guidance. This position involves consulting on compensation packages and buy-outs, understanding and addressing specific compensation challenges within countries or business units, and providing solutions that align with group standards and policies. Additionally, you will support Reward projects and represent the APAC countries\xe2\x80\x99 needs in developing Reward products and services. A significant aspect of your role will be to drive the approach to pay equity across APAC countries, aiding HR in regulatory compliance, advising on local benefit topics, and supporting the execution of the group\xe2\x80\x99s benefit strategy and initiatives.

The individual will have should have over 6-7 years of work experience in compensation and benefits (AVP / Manager level), preferably within an international/matrix setup business environment. Experience with remuneration regulations and reporting requirements is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office and similar tools is essential. We are keen to engage with individuals who possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s, master\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or an MBA in related areas across HR, Business, Economics and/or related fields. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
