The Compensation and Benefits Lead will play a pivotal role in the HR department, working closely with cross-functional HR colleagues globally. This position provides direction and specialized support for global compensation and benefits programs. You are responsible for developing and driving the implementation of performance and rewards management strategy to attract, motivate, and retain talent for the organization group-wide.
