About This Role
We are looking for a strong product leader to lead our Monetization/ Retention squad for Circles.Life B2C markets across Singapore, Australia, Taiwan and Indonesia. The role will be responsible for increasing the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) of our existing subscriber base across these countries.
The Group Product Manager (GPM), Monetization/ Retention will be responsible for collaborating with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Happiness teams to define a coherent vision for the user experience, and define and drive the overall product strategy to increase CLV. This will include improving the user experience of Circles products (in order to drive higher retention, engagement and NPS), as well as identifying and building innovative products to increase CLV.
The GPM, Monetization/ Retention will lead a team of 2-3 product managers, in addition to driving some of the larger strategic initiatives directly.
This role reports to the Director of Product, GMS and is based in Singapore
