We are pleased to partner an award-leading Singapore-headquartered multinational corporate to appoint a Group Rewards Partner into their Human Resources (HR) team. As a leading industrial player listed on the SGX, the client holds innovation close to their sleeves, and has managed to successfully diversify and branch out their services over the years, with technological advancement at the core of their current organisational agenda. This role is based in Singapore.Reporting into the Group HR Lead, the Rewards Partner will provide tailored advice to business units on all compensation and performance related processes, systems and/or projects. The role comprises both strategic and operational elements; former includes liaising with BU leaders on incentives and salary reviews, developing proposals for new hires among others, while latter pertains to the implementation and management of such plans across the relevant entities. To ensure continued industrial relevance, s/he will lead the benchmarking surveys and make appropriate recommendations based on the results gathered. Internal communications likewise forms another key cornerstone of their portfolio, with any changes accurately and timely conveyed to employees and managers.We are ideally looking for a proven HR individual with at least 6 years of Total Rewards experience, specially within the arenas of compensation management and performance reviews. You should possess a consultative and engaging personality, as the role requires extensive stakeholder engagements across functions and seniority rather than operating in a backend capacity. Aside from knowledge of best practices within the Rewards space, you should bring with you keen analytical skills that will aid in the development of strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based environment.Thanks for your time.
