A Day in the Life

As part of the Global Rewards Center of Expertise team (CoE), you will be reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards EMEA and your role responsibilities will not be limited to:

  • Provide Rewards expertise and support to Human Resources and Business management; act as a trusted advisor and partner in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s rewards strategy.
  • May serve as the program/process lead to roll out TR initiatives within the region; facilitate the implementation and adaption of global/regional rewards strategies, programs and tools at regional and country levels.
  • Ensure understanding of the rewards programs in the region and country, effectiveness of the rewards programs and processes and full compliance with relevant regulations and laws, as well as company standards.
  • Geographic coverage : Asia countries and APAC regional program/process
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of regional and country specific rewards policies and programs. This includes but not limited to benchmarking, job levelling, incentive plans, equity programs, salary planning, benefits and welfare programs, and global assignments.
  • In close cooperation with the business and HR leadership, continuously assess reward programs in the region, to ensure alignment with business and talent strategies, market competitiveness, effectiveness and ease of administration.
  • Be abreast with the market dynamics and developments at country and regional levels through market intelligence and networking. Prepares special studies and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation.
  • Raise awareness and understanding of rewards in the region/country through development and implementation of rewards training and communication tools.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of legislation influencing compensation in the region. Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and laws, as well as company standards.
  • Participate in regional and global projects on total rewards. Act as a member of the global Regions rewards team, representing the \xe2\x80\x9cvoice of the region and country\xe2\x80\x9d and contributing to the establishment of the Global Rewards vision, strategy and objectives.
Must Have
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, HR, etc. from a reputable university
Nice to Have
  • Prefer 7 years of total rewards experience and preferably in regional position handling in South East Asia countries or APAC region. Sales Compensation domain experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning.
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to generate concise presentation decks to illustrate and communicate various compensation related information
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
  • Project management or Consulting experience is a plus
