In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a Group Talent Management Lead to join their dynamic HR team.Role OverviewReporting to the Group Head of Talent & OD, you will support the development, implementation, and review of the organisation\'s Talent & Organisational Development framework / system. You will develop and drive initiatives to build talent capability and career-pathing within the organisation, including early talent interventions. As talent partner to business you will track and support talent and succession planning, thereby future-proofing talent pipeline for the organisation.Ideal ProfileThe ideal candidate comes with over 8 to 15 years of work experience in Talent Management & Organisational Development.
