We are excited to announce an exclusive partnership with a leading pharmaceutical company currently undergoing a significant transformation and expansion phase. They are actively seeking a Talent Management Lead, APAC, to join their team and play a crucial role in the evolution of their HR department in alignment with their rapid and ambitious growth strategy.

As the Talent Management Lead for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will report directly to the Regional HR Director and work closely with the senior leadership team. Your primary mission is to spearhead the regional leadership and talent strategy, enriching the company\xe2\x80\x99s talent pool in both depth and breadth while elevating functional excellence. In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation of a comprehensive talent methodology and approach.

Your responsibilities extend beyond talent management to encompass Learning and Development (L&D), Leadership Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This expansion underscores your crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, leadership growth, and inclusivity within the organization. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing the people-centric agenda, nurturing a performance-driven culture, and aligning talent strategies with the company\xe2\x80\x99s overarching goals.

In addition to talent management, you will take the lead in driving strategic workforce planning initiatives to shape the future workforce and bolster organizational and talent capabilities. Your influence will extend to the digital transformation of learning solutions, ensuring they align with modern practices and meet the evolving needs of the organization.

This dynamic role requires a comprehensive skill set, blending talent management expertise with a focus on L&D, leadership development, and DEI.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have a background in Talent management/ business partnering, combining industry experience with exposure to multinational corporations (MNCs). A proven track record in end to end talent management, with a history of contributing to the growth of rapidly expanding organizations, is essential. Being based in Singapore and comfortable with a matrix reporting structure are imperative. The ideal candidate should excel at both hands-on and strategic tasks, thrive under pressure, and effectively collaborate across various time zones.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in Talent Management and a high level of proficiency in stakeholder relationship management.
