Overview of Job
We are hiring a Talent Intern to assist the Chief People Officer, GroupM Nexus in providing the people support to our diverse and dynamic workforce.

You will be exposed to the full People team, where you have the opportunity to work with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Org Effectiveness, Culture & Enagement, People Analytics as well as your generalist talent leader on a variety of duties. You will learn about the role of People team in offering fulfilling careers that help redefine the role of media in our daily lives

Responsibilities of the role:

Performance Management

• Support the review cycle, working to ensure that all markets have completed annual reviews and set goals by supporting with data
• Support markets to ensure they have what they need for reviews and goal setting
• Provide accurate reports and updates on the status of this

Training
-Assist the Chief People Officer in learning and development administration (identidying participants, sending invitation to the Trainers and participants, prepare the training documents, and room booking if needed)

-Work with the Learning team to build and communicate the regional training calendar

Employee engagement
- Support the building of one Nexus community that hinges on a culture of innovation and media performance at scale

-Partner with NexGen on Nexus Connect events focusing on DEI, Wellbeing & Sustainability

Other Projects:

You will work with the Chief People Officer on other talent projects, including skills assessment, sentiment surveys and results as well as any adhoc work that arises

What you will need:
- Competent in Microsoft applications
- Able to work independently without much supervision
- Meticulous, systematic and organised
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment
- Possess strong work ethics and keep information confidential
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
