As our Growth Account Manager for SEA & India, you\'re not just managing accounts, you\'re cultivating relationships. Your role is pivotal in nurturing our existing tech-forward client base while also identifying and engaging with emerging high-growth companies. We\'re the go-to partner for businesses embedding communication into their DNA, creating unparalleled customer experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your sales acumen and network.
  • Drive substantial revenue and margin growth across the Philippines, India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
  • Strategically manage and expand your portfolio of accounts, enhancing their value through upselling and cross-selling new Vonage services and features.
Collaborative Teamwork:
  • Engage with various internal teams (pre-sales, engineering, product managers, pricing, marketing, operations, etc.) to secure the necessary resources for deal closure.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to align project scope, balancing diverse team demands to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition to customer success management post-implementation through ongoing, supportive client engagement.

  • Strategic Sales Acumen: Utilize a solution-focused approach to maintain and expand a robust pipeline, consistently exceeding sales targets with innovative strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Vonage pre-sales engineers, effectively communicating customer objectives and spearheading internal efforts to realize these goals.

  • Market Insight Contribution: Provide valuable field insights to leadership, influencing strategic planning and budget allocations for regional investments.

Application Prerequisites:
  • Seasoned Experience: At least 5 years in technology sales, with a focus on CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud, or A2P messaging.
  • Proven Growth Driver: A verifiable history of generating new business growth in emerging markets.
  • Performance Excellence: A consistent record of meeting or surpassing KPIs and sales quotas.
  • Relationship Mastery: A proven talent for forging robust relationships with senior executives across multiple departments.
