Role Significance

As our Partner Growth Account Manager for SEA & India, you\'re not just building partnerships, you\'re expanding our ecosystem. Your role is crucial in nurturing our network of resellers and ISVs while identifying and engaging with potential new partners. We\'re the go-to partner for businesses embedding communication into their DNA, creating unparalleled customer experiences. We\'re seeking visionary leaders passionate about innovation, partnership development, and mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new partnership opportunities, leveraging your sales acumen and network in the reseller and ISV space.
  • Drive substantial growth through building and managing a network of reseller partners and ISVs across the Philippines, India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
  • Strategically manage and expand your portfolio of partners, enhancing their capabilities and offerings through Vonage services and features.
Collaborative Teamwork:
  • Engage with various internal teams (pre-sales, engineering, product managers, pricing, marketing, operations, etc.) to secure the necessary resources for partnership development.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to align product offerings, balancing diverse team demands to deliver optimal partner outcomes.
  • Facilitate a seamless transition to partnership success management through ongoing, supportive engagement.

  • Partnership Development Acumen: Utilize a solution-focused approach to maintain and expand a robust partner network, consistently meeting partnership targets with innovative strategies.

  • Forecasting Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional forecasting abilities in partnership development, showcasing the foresight and reliability expected of a visionary business leader.
Application Prerequisites:
  • Seasoned Experience: At least 5 years in technology sales, with a focus on building and managing reseller networks and ISV partnerships.
  • Proven Partnership Builder: A verifiable history of developing and growing partnerships in emerging markets.
