We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Growth and Partnerships Manager.

With a global footprint, they serve more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services, enabling customers to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures.

Purpose:

As part of our global expansion, we are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to be based in Singapore. Our Growth and Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in driving our business expansion in the APAC region. You will lead, execute, and manage growth initiatives and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. As an integral part of the growth team, your contributions will be vital in scaling our business and achieving significant growth in Asia.

What you will be doing:

  • Form, lead and execute the localised go-to-market playbook for user acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring the app\'s successful launch in the target launch market
  • Work closely with the local launch team and central growth team to tailor the proposition, leverage various marketing channels and tactics to grow brand awareness and reach the target audience
  • Identify and establish new strategic partnerships to drive adoption and acquire customers in the local market
  • Serve as the main Growth representative within the organisation for the APAC region. Act as the regional growth and partnership expert, understanding the regional market dynamics and identifying growth opportunities and partnership initiatives to meet strategic objectives accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, pricing, design and marketing, to develop and implement effective campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Adapt the growth and partnership playbook for regional expansion, outlining best practices, key processes, and strategies for successful go-to-market strategy and execution in the target markets
  • Set up, manage and track growth performance. Use data to drive decision making in order to optimise go-to-market strategies and tactics
Requirements

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and establishing partnerships within the banking or fintech industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of APAC market landscape and market dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Team player who can work independently and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyse data to make informed decisions and optimize growth and partnership performance.
  • Proactive with bias for action, and has the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment to deliver and meet deadlines.
  • Scrappy, get-it-done mindset ready to take a new business from 0 to 1
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and delivering impactful partnerships
