Youxe2x80x99ll lead high-impact projects across digital, events, PR, and partnerships while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align marketing with business growth. With a track record in B2B marketing, fintech, or SaaS, youxe2x80x99ll be the solo contributor executing and building out the foundation for our future marketing organization.This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.Core Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from growth campaigns to brand development, to scale iPiDxe2x80x99s products
• Design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Build and manage all marketing channels, campaigns, content, and experiments, from digital, events to partnerships and PR xe2x80x94 be the go-to person for getting things done
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align growth efforts with business goals
• Set the foundation for our future marketing organization and mentor team members as the company scale
• Collaborate with the Leadership and People team on internal communication, merch and activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Min. 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS in financial services, fintech or technology
• A visionary marketer who thrives on building and scaling, making a meaningful impact to the business
• A hustler with grit, rolling your selves up to get things done. A reliable and resourceful team member.
• An exceptional communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated abilities in leadership and people management; you will lead by example.
• Data-driven, familiar with automation and digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Contrarian, creative with a passion for storytelling and brand development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, globally distributed startup environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Have the authorisation to work in Singapore
