Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is excited about working closely with our client services and leadership team by advising and implementing cutting-edge PR & Marketing-Communications programmes. Overall, we would want you to grow your career alongside the award-winning PRecious Team, and our clients, based on your ambition to be at the forefront of modern communications in fast-evolving environments!
As a Growth Executive, you are a curious person and fast learner. You learn about our clients\' industries quickly, and keep up with trends and current events relevant to them. You are responsible to implement processes on a day-to-day basis to support the firm\'s Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / New Business

  • Monitor and follow up on business opportunities, including keeping regular contact with prospects
  • Provide regular (weekly, monthly and ad hoc) reports of sales activities to the Manager, including clients wins/losses, competition activity, product feedback, etc.
  • Market research
  • Work closely with the PRecious PR team to support Marketing efforts towards growth outcomes - this could include creating copy to boost visibility and inbound business for a particular market (where we need more inbound opportunities in our global offices) or business area (e.g. consumer, healthcare, Web3)
  • Create basic proposals
  • Meeting recaps and follow-ups
  • Contribute inputs for scopes / decks / sales process with prospects
  • Attending networking events / conferences to help support business growth
Content Development
  • Support research on prospect\'s business and industry (e.g. competitor analysis, industry issues and trends)
  • Assist in development of pitch materials (e.g. research, presentation decks, social / digital content)
  • Understand the media landscape (e.g. knowing top media titles / journalists relevant to clients)
  • Assist on PRecious\' owned networking event, including research, planning, logistics coordination
  • Ensure all materials and reports submitted to prospects are timely, accurate, error-free and approved by growth lead
Requirements
  • University degree with an internship or 1-year relevant experience in communications / marketing
  • Good communication skills and curiosity across a wide range of sectors
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You are familiar with the most popular traditional media and Social Media channels and reach target audiences effectively for our clients.
  • Any additional skills, like Photoshop, as well as photography and videography, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Insights, are highly welcomed as well.
