• Ensure that the warehouse complies with SE SERE and SPS requirements by conducting safety and 3PL SPS audits
• Review at tactical level and work with 3PL to ensure the right level of resources are allocated to meet the workload
• Ensure that all processes are in compliance with SOPs, legal/Schneider requirements and documented accordingly. For each operation DHL must provide SOPs to their operators
• Handle escalations and approval relating to operations
• Size warehouse to fit needs
• Control warehouse on lines/manhour & overtime
• Build strong partnership with 3PL
• Monitor and challenge 3PL key performance indicators
• Identify area of opportunities for improvement / digitalization / sustainability and deploy actions to realize them
• Optimize packing operations by implementing the most sustainable solutions
• Understand the voice of customers (in this case, SE plants and EMS)
• Deploy actions & solutions to meet customer requirements
• Monitor and guarantee inventory accuracy
• Monitor IDOCs between SE ERP and DHL WMS and solve any failed ones
• Be the first point of contact for DCR
• Compile management reporting on 3PL performance (e.g. OTDS, DCR, BOL, inventory accuracy, inventory aging, GR processing time)
• Work with the Hub Asia Transport team to ensure timely shipment
• Work with the Export Control Leader to ensure adherence to international sanctions and Singapore regulations
• Work with and support the GSC Hub Order Management team in case of shipment issues

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management plus preferably, transport management
• Understanding of interface between SE ERP and DHL WMS
• Business Process Improvement
• SAP experience
• Good communication skills
• Team management
• Able to work independently
