Role Mission
The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for business and marketing analytics covering Gucci.com websites in the South Asia and Pacific region.
Key Accountabilities
Digital Analytics through strong partnership with Global Analytics Team

  • Transform data into actionable insights with the goal to improve end-to-end digital customer experience and ensure optimal performance of engagement and revenue metrics.
  • Take ownership of Business analytics in monitoring performance KPIs, reviewing overall digital performance and sharing insightful and constructive comments for the reporting to the respective market leads.
  • Develop traffic and revenue projections based on digital marketing assumptions, delivering against e-commerce revenue ambition and conversion targets.
  • Lead project streams related to Analytics, Insights & Digital Marketing.
  • Uncover growth opportunities and optimize sales performance, with a particular focus on key emerging segments, with the objective of capturing incremental audiences and new customers.
  • Manage and monitor costs and performance, ensuring that the company gains tangible benefit of the deliverables, achieving the desired financial outcome.
  • Page ranking, site map improvement, navigation, traffic conversion, avg ticket improvements, missed opportunities in the funnel
  • Uncover opportunities and key user behaviors using digital tools, improve overall performance KPIs through integrated marketing initiatives. Analyze client data through conversion funnel to optimize shopping journey and increase conversion, to inform eCommerce marketing activations.
  • Develop post-campaign reports highlighting ROI and analytics

Key Requirements
  • 5+ years experiences in eCommerce marketing and/or digital analytics or equivalent experience, luxury retail experience will be plus
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, build strategies, and make recommendations to business
  • Strong expertise in data manipulation, test design, predictive modelling and analytics within CRM and Marketing Automation system (Salesforce/Adobe)
  • Deep proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Experience with data visualization tools and the implementation of data tracking
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with experience addressing and engaging partners at all levels
  • Excellent organization, and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with marketing and business metrics; experienced in the design, development and preparation of business presentations and reports
