Guest Relations Executive

The Guest Relations Executive is an integral part of the Spa and Club. This position is responsible for checking guests into and out of the Spa & Club facilities. Well-versed in current treatment offerings and spa products, the Guest Relations Executive assists guests with reservations and has the ability to advise on treatment options and packages. The Guest Relations Executive provides Club tours and assists with food & beverage service offered to guests at The Club.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy making others happy, and basic Food and Beverage Service skills and knowledge are required.
