As the

Guest Relations Officer

, we rely on you to:


Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:

Preferably has relevant hospitality experience, preferably in the hotel/resort environment Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers, as our resort is an international destination Has experiences in guest loyatly program Wiling to do shift work
