Welcome and greet customers while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
Build strong rapport with guests and understand their needs and expectations.
Handle enquiries, recommend suitable menu options, prepare quotations, and coordinate event requirements.
Professionally upsell menu items and dining experiences to enhance revenue.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
Manage customer feedback and handle complaints promptly, providing first-level service recovery.
Guide and train Leading Hostess to uphold high service standards.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Manager.
Language Requirement
Must be able to converse in Korean to communicate with Korean-speaking guests.
