Job Description

  • Work Condition: Permanent - Full-time Employment
  • Work Type: Blended - Specialists will handle customer interactions through inbound and email and provide assistance to customers in addressing concerns Work Schedule: Shifting including graveyard shifts
  • Salary Package: 23,000.00 all in package (18k Basic + 2k Non Tax Allowance + 3k Campaign Allowance)
RequirementsAmenable to report onsiteUndergraduate in college degree may be consideredExperience with call center environment in handling customer voice interactions (preferred)Travel Industry exposure preferred, but not requiredMust be willing to be on mostly US hours and shifting hours.Service driven individual with proven work experience in customer service environmentProviding positive customer experience as well as effective verbal and written communication skill, including effective email writingAble to work autonomously but able to recognize when additional support is needed on handling customer interactions and transactionsIntensely immersed in navigating different systems and knowledgebaseJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:
