As an award-winning property, it\'s not only a premier destination for guests but also an inspiring and rewarding place to work, where employees are part of a team that continues to earn recognition on the global stage.The RoleBe part of an amazing team at PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD, SINGAPORE to redefine the city\'s landscape and grow your hospitality career with us!The Guest Room Ambassador (Permanent Night Shift) is responsible for the efficient organisation and distribution of minibar items, linen and amenities based on the requirements/par level within the Hotel Housekeeping Pantries and Storerooms. He/she needs to also ensure the timely completion of all guest\'s requests.Our Expectations:

• Deliver and complete any requests from guests that are Housekeeping related (including but not limited to extra beds, baby cribs, shoe shine service, towels, guest room amenities and cleaning of guest room request by guest).
• Deliver clean linen to Housekeeping pantries.
• Deliver minibar items and amenities to Housekeeping pantries, check and ensure sufficient par level of all the items in the pantries.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all Housekeeping pantries and store, maintaining a tidy and sanitary environment.
• Assist in inventories and in stock taking.
• Report to Manager when stocks reach minimum.
• Ensure proper recording of daily guest loan items list and runner job list.
• Able to organise own workflow to ensure completion of all assigned duties before the end of shift.
