Thi is a 4 days work 3 days off job, working on 12Hrs Shift. The guest relations officer is responsible for the care, hospitality and service given to our guests throughout their stay, responsibility Thi is a 4 days work 3 days off job, working on 12Hrs Shift. The guest relations officer is responsible for the care, hospitality and service given to our guests throughout their stay, responsibility such as Check-in/out, customer satisfaction, reasonable guest requirement, cashiering with sales mindset in upselling rooms as well as ensure proper communication with Housekeeper and Maintenance on issue or guest feedback. Ensure personal grooming & tardiness abide by hotel standard and professionalism Ensure hotel policies are well embedded in mind Ensure Check In/Out procedure that adhere with hotel registration procedure are carried out professionally Perform the necessary cashiering with respect to registration source accordingly Maintains a positive and welcoming attitude all the time in serving/directing guests & receiving/answering a calls Handle guest lost and found professionally at the same time with safety and security in mind. To be able to react accordingly in the event of emergency according to Fire & Safety emergency procedure. Be alert to ensure safety and security on all aspect Accountable for handling and balancing of daily cash transactions and responsible in proper control and care of issuance hotel Master keys. Thorough understanding and handling of Reservation, Cancelation procedure & Hotel information introduction Assist in rooms assignment for Housekeeper on daily basis during absence of Housekeeping Supervisor. Attention to detail on guest request as well as to ensure special request that abide by hotel policies from guest are fulfilled. Handle and controls hotel's room keys, ensures proper storage and sufficient cards for operational requirement. Diligently follow up on emails/messenger(whatsapps/wechat) received and ensure timely & accurately feedback to guest as well as relevant internal department at all times. Know your stuff on different billing payment, invoicing as well as ensure the accuracy of charging To be able to perform task in different shift Morning (7am to 7pm), Mid (10am to 10pm), & Night (7pm to 7am) To ensure the cleanliness and sanitisation of front desk environment.
