To sell rooms in a manner designed to maximise revenue and occupancy with guest's satisfaction. To check in/out guest in compliance to the standard policies and procedures. To familiarise procedures, facilities and services of the company premises. Ensure that the lobby areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Sees to the enforcement of house rules & regulations, company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as and when assigned by the immediate superior and the Front Office Manager. Job Requirement Experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage. Able to work rotating shifts including weekend and public holidays.
