OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
Our Corporate Housing team is expanding rapidly as the industry bounces back with enthusiasm and this is a newly-created role as our team is growing. The department is formed of two teams who work closely together: Reservations and Guest Services. This position is within the Guest Services specialty and focuses on providing client service once the once the reservation has been confirmed.
You may be wondering exactly what \xe2\x80\x9ccorporate housing / corporate temporary accommodation\xe2\x80\x9d means! This position involves all daily customer facing tasks including the flow of move-in/move out paperwork, answering queries from clients and service providers, ensuring records are accurate, contributing to the invoicing process, and ensuring a best-in-class client and guest experience for the duration of their stay. You will be using purpose-built software to manage these tasks and will be in contact with clients & guests via email and on the phone.
