Guest Services Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for accurately assessing the guest\xe2\x80\x99s needs and requests and then providing personalised recommendations. He / She will lead the Concierge Team to deliver personalised recommendations, taking every opportunity to provide service beyond our guest\xe2\x80\x99s expectation.

The Team Leader will need to work with the appropriate individual or department (eg, Front Desk, Housekeeping, etc) to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
