- Responsible for the operation of functions relating to the gym business and sales performance of the fitness programs
- Leading, managing and performing the full spectrum of duties in the gyms to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies to build growth
- Coaching and supervising staff
- Assisting in strategic business planning
- Managing and executing projects
- Overseeing club\'s revenue and ensure the sales target is achieved
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- Experienced in fitness centre designing and conducting fitness program
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent customer service skills with the passion to love interaction with people
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solving skills
- Fun and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work shift and on weekends
