Job Title: Hair Spa Therapist

Working days:

5-6 days a week

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality hair spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, massage therapy, steaming, and detox rituals. Conduct scalp consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and home care products. Educate clients on scalp and hair health, including product usage and lifestyle guidance. Prepare treatment areas and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Maintain detailed client records for return visits and personalized care. Collaborate with stylists and front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

With at least 1 year of experience in massage scalp therapy, or beauty/wellness treatments (head spa experience is a plus). Basic knowledge of hair/scalp anatomy, product ingredients, and wellness trends. Strong hands-on massage technique and understanding of pressure points. Warm, intuitive, and professional client service skills. A calm, focused presence and a genuine interest in healing work. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
