We are currently seeking a Hand Finisher to join our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) team in our Joo Koon, Singapore office. Reporting to the Senior ISC Production Supervisor, your focus will Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Perform Deburring & Polishing or Hand finishing works before and after Machining in accordance to Manufacturing Operations & Tooling (M.O.T)

\xc2\xb7 Expected to be able to interpret basic Technical Work Manuals & Drawings Instructions

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that Deburring work carried out meets the required Quality as stated in the respective Manuals and Technical Documents such as M.O.T.

\xc2\xb7 May be required to operate any one or a combination of the following Equipment including Sand Blasting, Lapping, Drilling, Tumbling, Cleaning (Vapor Degreaser) etc.

\xc2\xb7 Initiate & implement Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizen) to improve Productivity & Quality

MUST HAVE:

• Candidate must possess at least minimum \'N\'/\'O\' Level or SPM
• Committed and may be required to working Permanent Morning Shifts (7am - 4:18pm)
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Polishing, Deburring or Hand finishing
• Preferably in Aviation experience in the mechanical trade
• General knowledge in the usage of Hand Tools is a must (*Handheld Tools, Engraving Pen, Polishing Equipment etc.)
• Understanding of 5S and TPM concepts
• Experience with and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage
• Must have basic Computer knowledge & skills
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
