Job Description


The Maintenance Officer will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for the assigned maintenance jobs related to the day-to-day operations of the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall maintenance of the venue and head office.
  • Perform troubleshooting of routine maintenance and repairs problems, fixing up installations, rectification of maintenance works, plumbing work
  • General maintenance and minor repair work including (but not limited to): doors, windows, furniture etc
  • toilet seats and flushes, furniture, tap washers and some painting of doors and walls
  • Painting and redecoration
  • General duties and moving of furniture as and when required
  • Preparation of the venue for events as required
  • Receive and check goods and supplies from suppliers and take them to the appropriate place for storage
  • Other duties as required by the Facilities Manager

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Working experience in F&B related jobs is an advantage.
  • Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
