Job Description
- Perform repairs on electrical appliances and undertake simple re-wiring tasks.
- Replace faulty lights, light fittings, and switches as needed.
- Handle plumbing and sanitary appliance repairs.
- Conduct light carpentry tasks, including chair and door repairs.
- Execute painting works as required.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties, as assigned.
- Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience as a handy person.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and following instructions accurately.
- Possess a positive work attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Display positive, responsible, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute effectively as a team member.
