Job Description
Maintenance Officer / Handyman Working location: Kovan Campus Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, Sat may be required on half days (OT Payable) Salary range: $1800-2600 (commensurate with experience) Responsibilities:
- Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of the campus by liaising closely with the cleaners/staff and thereafter deploying cleaners/maintenance staff to rectify problems in the campus
- Preferably able to perform simple maintenance works such as fixing of door hinges, changing of light bulbs, hanging of posters, basic maintenance of aircon, furnitures etc
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Experienced in maintenance related duties
- Physical work required
Contract length: 3-12 months Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month Expected hours: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 30 per week Schedule:
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
