Job Description

The role requires the incumbent to provide first-line technical support for hardware, including servers, storage, and racks. The incumbent will work closely with sales and extended teams to deliver optimized technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and extended teams to map customer business and partner requirements, providing the most optimized technical solutions.
• Act as a highly technical problem solver with a deep understanding of system architecture and hardware-software interactions.
• Lead and manage teams during the investigation and resolution of field problems.
• Understand and troubleshoot firmware, drivers, OS, and application interactions that can cause system issues.
• Develop and review system solutions, technical bid responses, and presentations.
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Present corporate brand, product messaging, and solutions to customers.
• Visit on-site facilities to enable solution integration and issue resolution.

• Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity, with internship experience also considered.
• Ability to maintain technical expertise and competence with evolving technology.
• Proficiency in reading, understanding, and reviewing schematics, with the ability to provide design recommendations.
• Strong presentation skills and willingness to engage with customers in both pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Well-organized with good time management skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn about business and technical topics.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to help within the roles scope.
• Proficient in English for professional communication, with proficiency in Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages being a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
