About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Management
Acquisition Strategy
Customer Engagement Strategy

  • Optimize Productivity and CIR across all sales channel leveraging on Sales Performance and Expenses Analytics for all regional countries
  • Work with the regional countries to design regional management dashboards to display critical metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Work with the regional countries to develop a regional incentive framework and structure and align across the region (Regional) Scope
  • Work closely with Risk Management to identify opportunities to grow sales via segment expansion, policy relaxations and other Test programs
  • Drive overall customer franchise growth for Cards and Payment Products (CPP) with our omni-channel acquisition strategy and partnerships.
  • Drive Channel Mix Strategy with the most efficient Cost Per Acquisition and the best Through-the-Door customer quality.
  • Work with Sales Heads to ensure optimal capacity and productivity so as to meet the targeted product numbers
  • Optimise Cost Per Acquisition across all channels with a strong focus on delivering a digital end to end customer onboarding process.
  • Drive higher NPS for Online and Digital channels by improving turnaround time and customer experience at various touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cards and credit operations team to ensure the shortest turnaround time for customer applications
  • Perform In-depth analysis on all incentive plans to ensure Revenue:Expense(RE ratio) is at the desired level and optimal
  • Observe acquisition trends and innovate new and/or hybrid channels to overcome headwinds
  • Strategise and coordinate with Product Managers and Sales Heads to run sales challenges so as to drive incremental sales volumes
Job Requirements
  • Recognised Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/Banking & Finance
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience especially in the Cards and Payments space
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Always possess that curious, creative and innovative mindset.
