About Our Client
Our client is a leading international bank. They are looking for the Head, Marketing Engagement Leader. This role is based in Singapore and is tasked to lead the centre-of-marketing-excellence, which develops, delivers, and demonstrates the performance and value of marketing client engagement and, ultimately, how it contributes to the outcomes of the Bank.
Our client focuses on promoting equality in the workplace and creating an inclusive and flexible culture.
- Design and lead the affluent engagement strategy to build the bank's credibility and strengthen the brand
- Develop and implement the marketing content strategy that leverages the insights from the Chief Investment Office (CIO) and appeals to a diverse affluent audience
- Strengthen the bank's strategic position by creating branded material and interactions, attached to the ideas that underlie the bank's key capabilities
- Create a standardised operational rhythm for wealth marketing, including market planning, campaign execution, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement models
- Build credibility for the bank, form partnerships and create joint events with third parties
The Successful Applicant
- 15 or over years of experience in marketing
- Deep knowledge of marketing to Affluent audiences
- Familiarity and expertise of multiple markets in Asia
- Extensive understanding of wealth insights, marketing promotion and content creation
- Direct experience of managing marketing engagement events
