Park B\xc3\xa4ckerei will open its gates from July this year at Icon Village in Tanjong Pagar, an artsy bakery cafe with

a focus on baked goods and covering dine in, retail/take-away, and catering settings. Our baked good range

includes authentic hand-crafted pretzels, sweet laugen buns, stuffed bagels and other mouth-watering baked

goods, using only the highest quality ingredients. You will be working side by side with other passionate chefs

and kitchen crews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xef\x82\xb7 Managing daily production of pretzels and other bakery items while maintaining the highest standards

of quality and consistency

\xef\x82\xb7 Developing innovative recipes and seasonal bakes while maintaining brand integrity

\xef\x82\xb7 Overseeing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations

\xef\x82\xb7 Providing exceptional customer service and representing Park B\xc3\xa4ckerei as the face of our brand

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: * Qualification from a culinary school and/or at least one year experience with a commercial bakery

• A deep passion for the art of baking, curiosity and ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Good communication in English. Malay or Mandarin proficiency are a plus
