About us With Love Maxine is a bakery brand of Stevie Cookie Pte. Ltd. We aim to promote sincere human connection through food. The bakery produces artisinal cookies, bread, and other pastry products. This business was born during COVID. When many of our friends and families were in isolation, we cooked & baked and shared our food with them. They, in turn, shared our food with their friends and the cycle went on. With the love & support from our customers, many of whom have become friends, With Love Maxine was fully established in 2023.
As a Head Baker, you will be in charge of:
- Assisting Executive Chef in the development of new products
- Lead and manage a team of bakers to prepare all orders to exacting standards
- Managing stock and inventory
- Ensuring high hygiene standard of site
- Independent, honest, and hard-working
- Experienced in leading a team and operating a production kitchen
- Passionate for quality products, uncompromising eye for quality
Role requirements
- 5 years of bread or pastry experience
- Full-time
- Rights to work in Singapore
- Start immediately
- Work location: 2-minute walk from Aljunied MRT
