Human by nature.Head of APAC Communications - Taste & Wellbeing, Your future position?As a member of our Taste and Wellbeing global communications team, you will lead the internal and external communications of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region in partnership with senior management, and with a variety of functions in the division. You will report to the Head of Global Communications, Taste and Wellbeing and will be based in Woodlands, Singapore.In this exciting role you will be responsible for:Lead: You will develop and implement internal communication programmes that help drive employee engagement. You will write employee messages, develop presentations, use multimedia tools and organize dialogue opportunities for the APAC leadership team as well as provide counsel on a wide range of communication topics.Develop: You will select communication strategies and tactics across public relations, marketing communications, digital, events and speaking opportunities that amplify Givaudan\'s perception and reputation in the market. You will also be the region\'s media spokesperson and be responsible for managing issues and crisis communications.Manage: You will be the line manager of a small team and will be responsible to manage the annual regional budget and work with external agencies when needed.You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world? • Minimum 12-15 years\' of relevant experience in a dynamic and international environment
• Business fluency in English (verbal and written). Fluency in other languages is an advantage
• Expertise in leading a communications function and developing internal and external communications strategies
• A strong collaborative mindset and customer focus
• A strategic mindset coupled with an operational working style
• Ability to consistently meet commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative matrix environment
