Job Description
- Good foundation of specialty coffee (Filter coffee included)
- Passionate about coffee and the service industry
- Ability to connect with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to train new Baristas
- Proactive and work well as a Team while leading a Team of Baristas, Service Crew and Part-Timers
- Motivated and always sharing new ideas or ways to help to grow the coffee culture amongst our customers
- Love to R&D and try new things
- Looking for people who don\'t come to work just because they need a job, but because they LOVE what they are doing!
